1. Dry the sludge by flue gas
The sludge is dried by cement waste heat, which result in the moisture decreased. After the semi-desiccation pretreatment, the sludge is prepared into granular sludge which can used in the calciner as alternative fuel. The gas is treated by deodorization system before exhaust.
2. Indirect dry the sludge by flue gas
The cement waste heat is used as heat source, which convert the heat to the heat medium by the heat transfer device. The heat carrier medium transfer heat to the dryer. The sludge is heated in the dryer for dehydration, after that the sludge is prepared as alternative fuel. Non-condensable exhaust that made from the spray condensation of the drying gas get into the cement kiln for high temperature incineration. The condensate water is recycled and discharged after sewage treatment.

of low moisture can be import into the cement kiln by scatter device.

Dehydrate the wet sludge into semi-dry sludge by self-developed formulations and dehydration equipment, which can link with the downstream process.
It can choose the right sludge treatment technology or
mix them up from the types of technology mentioned above according to the
sludge production, throughput requirements and capacity of the cement kiln.

It is necessary to choose different technologies for
different disposal sections and processes in order to ensure a reasonable and
effective treatment.
