A kind of Coal-fired Catalyst composed of accelerants, oxygenates, dispersants, stabilizers, leavening agents and so on, has been developed by Sinoma International (Beijing) Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. The catalyst is safe and has no effect on clinker quality and kiln with the adding volume from 0.01% to 0.05%. After the catalyst is added, those advantages can be realized that more active coal, lower ignition temperature, higher calorific intensity, better burnout characteristic and more complete combustion of coal. Thus, better stability of kiln, less coating formation in kiln and NOx emission, more feeding amount and clinker intensity can be achieved as well as coal saving.
